1. Data controller

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by ENERSOLİX ENERJİ VE GÜÇ SİSTEMLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("ENERSOLIX") as data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Personal data processed

• Contact and quotation requests: first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number, company and message content.

• Job applications: first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number, LinkedIn profile link, position applied for, your message and the education, work experience and similar information in your CV.

• Website use: IP address, browser and device information, cookie data.

Please do not include special categories of personal data such as health, religion or criminal convictions in your CV.

 

3. Purposes of processing

• To respond to your enquiries and quotation requests, prepare quotations and carry out pre-contract processes,

• To assess job applications, contact candidates and run recruitment processes,

• To communicate with you and fulfil our legal obligations,

• To keep the website secure and analyse its use statistically.

 

4. Legal bases

Your personal data is processed on the legal bases set out in Article 5(2) of the KVKK: it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (c), it is necessary to fulfil our legal obligations (ç), and our legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (f). For job applications, your data is processed to carry out the process of concluding an employment contract.

 

5. Method of collection

Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact and job application forms on the website, e-mail, telephone and cookies.

 

6. Transfers

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to suppliers from whom we receive website hosting, e-mail and analytics services (e.g. Wix, Microsoft, Google), to our legal advisers and, upon request, to authorised public authorities. As some of these service providers are located abroad, transfers are made in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK. Job application information is seen only by authorised employees involved in recruitment.

 

7. Retention period

Data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the periods set out in the applicable legislation; when that period ends it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Information from unsuccessful job applications is kept for up to 1 year from the application date so that it can be considered for future positions.

 

8. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request deletion or destruction where the conditions are met and to have these actions notified to the third parties to whom it was transferred; to object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

You can send your requests in writing to info@enersolix.com or to the address above. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on their nature.
